NEW MANAGEMENT: Vancouver Craft Beer Week is now a part of the ‘Feaster’ Family!

Feaster is a Vancouver based company specializing in the production and marketing of all things food and drink. With 40+ years of production, over 100+ F&B events produced and in excess of 50,000 attendees each year to its f&b tasting events, there is no better team than Feaster to help VCBW continue to be the best event for breweries to showcase their beer at.

After long discussions with the VCBW founders, it was agreed upon (between them and Feaster) to continue in the traditions that have made VCBW the esteemed event that it has become. Although changes will be implemented to be able to produce VCBW in a sustainable way, most of what VCBW was (before the change) will remain the same.

Why Participate?

Vancouver Craft Beer Week is the most established craft beer festival in British Columbia. It attracts the largest demographic of educated beer connoisseurs who attend to taste and learn about the craft beers available within BC. There is no better way, within the alcohol industry to market your product than ‘liquid-to-lips’. VCBW offers craft breweries & cideries the opportunity to showcase their products to a hyper-localized crowd of 15,000 new customers.

How VCBW Works?

  • STEP 1 Exhibitor purchasers a booth
  • STEP 2 VCBW purchases beer from exhibitor (on consignment)
  • STEP 3 Exhibitors present their beers to guests for them to sip, taste, sample & learn about
  • STEP 4 Guests purchase their samples from Exhibitors using their cashless, RFID wristband
  • STEP 5 Vendors leave happy knowing they have acquired (potentially) thousands of new customers and attendees leave happy knowing they have found the new breweries they will be supporting this year

What it Costs?

There is no early-bird pricing for this event. Each invited brewery will have two wee ks from the time of being sent their invitation to register. If they do not register within their ‘window’, the invitation will be revoked and offered to the next brewery on the list.

All registered booths must either supply their own tent or rent one (for a nominal fee) from the VCBW tent supplier. Exhibitors are responsible for their own tables, linens or anything they want to have at their booth. Power is available via the show supplier.

WE BUY YOUR BEER!

Each exhibitor is able to showcase up to two different SKUs (Kegs) at their booth. If a product isn’t available in a keg, talk to us! We will see what we can do!

 VCBW’s beverage manager will guarantee a minimum order a certain amount of product from the brewery via a ‘Doc 60’. Any unopened kegs, in excess of the guaranteed order, will be returned to exhibitors at the end of the event.

VCBW will pay for all tapped kegs!

Vancouver Craft Beer Week attracts a diverse demographic who are culturally-driven, particularly people who are socially conscious, community-minded, and brand-aware. Playing a huge role in VCBW’s continued success, this group enjoys the interactive and social nature of our events, and are the most receptive to partner giveaways. The majority fall between the ages of 25 and 45.

Vendor 'camp' Tickets

Each exhibiting company will be given 2 complimentary General Admission tickets to the Center Grounds tasting on the Sunday. There is no early-bird pricing for this event. If they do not register within their ‘window’, the invitation will be revoked and offered to the next brewery on the list.

  • GIVE TO WHOMEVER Each exhibiting company will be given 2 complimentary General Admission tickets to the Center Grounds tasting on the Sunday.

Vancouver Craft Beer Week will live up to its name to be a weeklong event. As such, the festival will host one event per night of between July 4 – 8th. Please let VCBW know if you would like to do an event by e-mailing here. Priority will be given to larger scale, special events.

There are two categories of tickets (GA and VIP) and both can be purchased as a single day ticket or two day pass.

Tickets start at their lowest price and as they sell and as the event gets closer, ticket prices increase.

Single day GA tickets start at $30 while VIP start at $75. GA 2-day passes start at the low price of $49 while VIP 2-day passes start at $120.

The 2-day pass is the best value.

Yep! We will be soaking up the rays of sun or frolicking within the drops of rain.
